You chose to vape. The company didn't pressure you into it. Your choice, your result and ultimately, your life. It's not like we haven't known for decades that smoking has adverse consequences. No one said vaping is risk-free. Oh so now we see where this was headed all along. Is he gonna cop to smoking black market THC carts? If ya can't get laid, you might as well get paid. Same as the pill manufacturer getting sued for overdoses its never the person's fault they have to blame everyone else. I think I might sue Marlboro and McDonald's for me having congestive heart failure and high blood pressure. Depending on what the surgeon general's warning for vaping is, there's not really a chance this kid wins that case. He'd have to show medical evidence that this started when he was legal age to vape, as usage outside the recommended guidelines eliminates the Kindergarten shirt responsibility of the company. You choose to inhale it,you don't need to blame others for your misfortune. I guess he shouldn’t have made that decision in his life. Consequences can be good or bad. They shouldn’t come with a big payday.

Who's spouting out fake news now. He's in the wrong job, he should be a Doctor & a scientist if he thinks what he is taking is the right thing to do. Does he know something the rest of the world doesn't know? He should be a doctor AND a scientist. Well said! I take it, but for a reason. I've been on it for a long time before all this virus started, but I honestly don't believe it could help with the viruses one breath he says he is taking it, the next he would like to take it! You can’t believe a song word he says. I noticed that too. At the very least, if he is actually taking it, it certainly does not do anything to make his brain sharper! Just crossed my mind, and this is purely theoretical, but does anyone think he uses cocaine? I'm not stating this as a fact, I'm not suggesting he does, like I said, Just a theory.  They wear transparent face shields. There are few excuses for non-mask-wearing that will wash. I'm hard of hearing, ( sometimes ), I have a buildup of wax. That's a good idea I'm deaf, I don't know sign language. I take my daughter with me so that if I'm struggling, she can tell me what is being said. We BOTH wear masks, she removes hers to talk to me when I'm struggling then puts it straight back on. People use some ridiculous excuses to not wear a mask. but how can you tell if someone has a medical reason I myself is exempt but I will wear a mask in shops because you are a good person, that is why you do it he's always passing on the responsibility and the blame? It's never his duty, it's never his fault. you can still lip read while wearing a mask (unless you put it over your eyes) you should get a lanyard that is available now that says you’re exempt.    I'm not allowing this so you are allowing the virus to spread and people to die what a lovely person you are you would if it was a drunk driver who may or may not kill someone. What’s different about someone who doesn’t know they have COVID and goes on to kill someone? As I say thank God I live somewhere nice where people behave themselves. I hate the virus killing people and giving a lifetime of sickness to others. Just wish people would follow the rules and not be selfish.
